About Parlourly Desktop.

How does the free trial work?

Install it and use everything for 14 days. To keep going, buy a one-time licence key — we send it on WhatsApp and you paste it in Settings. Nothing is lost: your bills and customers stay exactly as they are.

What if I don't buy after 14 days?

Parlourly becomes read-only: you can still see every bill and customer and make backups, but new bills can't be saved until a licence key is entered. Your data is never locked away.

Do I need internet?

No. Billing, appointments and reports all work offline. Internet is only used when you open a WhatsApp link to send a bill or a reminder.

How many staff and phones can use it?

As many as you have. Each staff member gets their own login, and any phone on the shop Wi-Fi can open Parlourly. Only the owner can edit or cancel bills, change the services menu or see salaries.

What happens if the computer breaks?

Parlourly backs up every day and copies the backup to a USB drive if you add one. Install Parlourly on the new computer, restore the backup, and carry on — your licence key works again for the same salon.

Can staff use it from home?

No — staff phones connect over the shop Wi-Fi, and the owner can switch that off any time. If you want staff and branches working from anywhere, choose Parlourly Cloud.
