Do I need internet?
Yes. Your data is kept online so every staff phone sees the same bills, and so you can check on the salon from anywhere. If your salon's internet is unreliable, look at Parlourly Desktop, which works offline.
Can my staff edit or delete bills?
No. Only the owner can edit or cancel a bill, manage staff logins or see salaries. Every edit and cancellation is recorded with the reason, and staff can flag a bill for you to review.
I have two salons. Do I need two accounts?
Each salon keeps its own bills, stock and staff, and you sign in once to switch between them.
What's the difference between Regular and Premium?
Both have billing, staff logins, salary and commission, stock and reports. Premium adds automatic WhatsApp: every bill sent to the customer, festival offers and visit reminders.
